About us
Father & son. Built by hand.
Rosalita Renovations is a father-and-son company based in Bethel, led by Francis Rosalita. The family brings more than 40 years of construction and engineering to every job, and the same family is on it from the first visit to the last nail.
We are licensed in Connecticut for residential work, and we would rather do one room right than ten rooms fast.
